Todd Burtron is the Founder & President of Conrad Consulting. He has a professional public service portfolio spanning over 30 years, from public safety to executive administration. Recently retiring from public service, Todd served as Chief of Staff / Deputy Mayor Todd, where he helped lead the transformation of the City of Westfield, Indiana.

Todd has amassed significant experiences and accomplishments, which include economic development, operations, public policy, public safety, and public-private partnerships.  These accomplishments include a nearly billion-dollar portfolio in economic development projects.

Recognized as a strong and compassionate leader, Todd is loyal to clients and works diligently to achieve their goals. Todd holds undergraduate degrees in public safety and business management and a graduate in management and leadership. He also has an Executive Certificate in Public Leadership from the Harvard Kennedy School Executive Education program.

Todd is pursuing a Doctor of Jurisprudence (JD) at the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law. Once Todd is a licensed practicing attorney, he will be well-positioned to add more value to his clients.
